- Rejection of a Building Permit application, or Condition(s) imposed on an issued Building Permit, by the local DAO/MCO, at their technical experts’, or other competent RoC authorities’, recomm
- Condition(s) imposed on an issued Building Permit, by the DAO/MCO, at the local AO’s request, following AO’s consultation with British Forces Cyprus and/or the SBA Environment Department and/or the SBA Police.
