Building Application Forms
Once planning permission is obtained, the process for applying and granting a building permit is generally delegated by the SBA Administration to the relevant Republic of Cyprus authority [the appropriate District Administration Office (in Limassol, Larnaca, or Famagusta) or Municipal Office (in Ypsonas, Kato Polemidhia, Dherynia).
At present, for legal reasons, these forms can only be accepted if submitted in Greek to the relevant office. However, translations into English are provided below in case helpful to assist non-Greek speakers in completing the Greek forms.
